Tactics + Firepower

a successful attack depends greatly on how the commander and joint force assaulting the target  are prepared. They have to make quick" on the fly" decisions, immediate reaction to changing situations and enough firepower to accomplish the task.

Taking a town or city, or just driving back the enemy, takes a solid strategy and depends on coordination of your forces and  key timing of your engagement.

A poorly timed attack that lacks manpower or firepower might just give the enemy the time needed to organize reinforcements, or mount a successful counter attack.

Whether you are assaulting a town with a Tank Platoon, or bombarding an enemy base from the air, you will need to set yourself up for success!

Team Coordination

You might have a Tank or Two and a handful of infantry, but do you have enough forces to neurtailze the threat? How many hostiles are in the area? Are your flanks protected? Do you have Artillery or Air Support? AT infantry eliminated?  What other support do you have available? This is where the  commander comes in handy. A good commander will organize and deploy his forces as such, that the appropriate threat is met with the appropriate force.
